The soil respiration measurement system can display real-time changes in CO ₂, H ₂ O, N ₂ O, CH ₄, temperature, and atmospheric pressure inside the respiration chamber. It is widely used in agricultural ecological research, carbon source and sink research, global climate change, land use change, ecological restoration, soil microbial activity assessment, plant ecology research, insect and root respiration research, and fruit storage.

Soil respiration is an important process of carbon cycling in soil ecosystems, which is the result of the balance between carbon assimilation and assimilation. It is also the main pathway for carbon return to the atmosphere in terrestrial ecosystems, reflecting the life activities in the soil. Accurately measuring its release is key to evaluating ecosystem biological processes.
